It’s that time of year again with with holiday parties and gatherings, and since our cheese sale is on now we thought we would try our hand at making our own Charcuterie Board!
Here is our before picture. Cheddar, gouda, havarti, blue, brie, gruyere, salami, prosciutto, parmesan, crackers, mini toast, sliced baguette, lingonberry jam, and hot pepper raspberry jam.
Then we sliced each of the cheeses into smaller bitesized portions.
Our final result. Our Cheese and Meat Platter, served with fresh blackberries, raspberries, and salted cashews!
Of course, we couldn’t forget to include our crackers and breads.
