I love baking any time of year but baking for Christmas is something special.  There so many themed recipes, fun cookie cutter shapes, and festive decorations to choose from.  Whether you are baking treats for your coworkers, participating in a cookie exchange, or stocking up to have plenty of sweets on hand for family, the creativity and effort put into baking this time of year is appreciated by all. If you’re anything like me, you love pumpkin spice!  I know, I know, a lot of people are over the pumpkin spice craze but with so many recipes to try how can you not be intrigued by its deliciousness?  I personally think it should be a year-round item and not just seasonal, but it’s not up to me.  To fulfill my need for pumpkin I decided to have ‘pumpkin weekend’ at our house to hopefully get it out of my system (between us, it will never be out of my system 😊).
