Are you ever hosting a party or having a few guests over for dinner but don’t know what to serve?  I always struggle with what to cook because I want my guests to enjoy the meal but also want time to socialize and not be stuck in the kitchen.  Pulled chicken or pulled pork is always a good option.  You can prepare it in the slow cooker so it’s no fuss, it feeds a crowd, and is great to serve for a build-your-own-sandwich bar.  Or you can make it for yourself to enjoy for meals through the week or to freeze for later. Teriyaki Glazed Baked Salmon is the perfect dinner for any night of the week.  It’s flaky, juicy, and packed with flavor.  You will be completely satisfied after this meal!  It comes together fairly quick as well so you can even make this when short on time. The recipe can be found here. Start by making the glaze.  In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, cornstarch, garlic, and black pepper.  Whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Place the salmon in a large Ziploc bag.  Pour ½ of the sauce mixture into the bag with the salmon, making sure to coat the salmon.  Make sure the Ziploc bag is sealed first! There’s no denying it – I love chicken wings!  With so many flavor varieties and dipping sauces, they’re not only a delicious meal but allow you to try something different each time.  Think potluck, football party, backyard BBQ, afternoon snack, etc.  Chicken wings fit the menu for most occasions.  I have 4 baked chicken wing recipes to share with you today.  These are some of my favorite recipes, so I hope you enjoy them.  Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings are super easy to make.  You basically toss the chicken wings and oil and bake until crispy, then toss in a delicious combination of hot sauce and melted butter.  These are probably the most popular wings around due to the mildy sweet and sour taste with a spicy aftermath.  I prefer to dip mine in ranch dressing, but blue cheese dressing is a great alternative.  Because the wings can be spicy it’s … Continue reading
