Grilled Country-Style Ribs with Peach & Jalapeno Sauce

Makes 6-8 Servings

Make your ribs stand out with a sweet and spicy sauce that will wow your dinner guests.


1 can peach slices in heavy syrup, undrained
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons steak sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 jalapeno chiles, seeded, deveined and minced
4 pounds pork country-style ribs


  1. In a food processor or blender, add peaches, brown sugar, chili sauce, vegetable oil, cider vinegar, steak sauce, cumin, salt and black pepper; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour sauce mixture into a medium pan set over low heat; add jalapeno and cook, stirring, until heated through.
  3. Prepare a banked, medium-hot fire in grill. Place ribs over indirect heat and grill, covered, for 2 hours. During last 30 minutes of grilling time, baste ribs with peach sauce.
  4. Bring remaining sauce to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Serve sauce on the side with ribs.
