Green Beans with Lemon, Garlic and Toasted Almonds

Ingredients:
12 oz microwavable green beans
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves large garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Pierce microwavable bag with fork and heat on high for 2 minutes; set aside.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the oil and the butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the beans and continue to sauté until coated in the butter and heated through, about 5 minutes. Add lemon zest and season with salt and pepper.
Divide evenly onto 4 serving plates and top with toasted almonds.
