Smoked BBQ Ribs on a Stick

|4 large Festival Ribs on a Stick|
|Festival BBQ Sauce|
- Rub each rib evenly with olive oil and sprinkle rib rub evenly over ribs. At this point you can cover for two hours in the fridge and up to overnight or you can put in the smoker bag (follow directions on bag carefully) and cook immediately.
- After ribs have been cooked thoroughly in the smoker bag, set aside. Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush one side of ribs evenly with BBQ sauce and lay sauce side down on the grill. Brush the side up with sauce and after about 5 minutes turn it over for another 5 minutes or until nicely caramelized. Serve immediately.
