Baked Feta with Greek Spices

|8 oz block feta, cut in chunks|
|1/2 cup herb or pepper flavored oil|
|1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper|
|3 cloves garlic, minced|
|1/2 teaspoon lemon zest|
|1 tablespoon fresh oregano|
|2 teaspoon whole fennel seeds|
|1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake|
- Place all ingredients in seal proof plastic bag. Let sit at room temperature for 3-5 hours. Then place all in a pretty baking dish, spread out and bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread and olive or sundried tomato tapenade.
