Baked Feta with Greek Spices

Serves 4-6


8 oz block feta, cut in chunks
1/2 cup herb or pepper flavored oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
2 teaspoon whole fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake


  1. Place all ingredients in seal proof plastic bag. Let sit at room temperature for 3-5 hours. Then place all in a pretty baking dish, spread out and bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread and olive or sundried tomato tapenade.
