White Chocolate Fondue

Serves 6-8


Ingredients:

1 pint heavy cream
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
1 pint fresh strawberries

Directions:

  1. Heat cream on stove until just beginning to boil. Remove from heat and pour over chips in a mixing bowl.
  2. Let sit a minute and then stir until all chips are dissolved and mixture is smooth. Add vinegar and mix in well.
  3. To keep warm, place over a water bath or put in a fondue pot and serve. Dip fresh strawberies, pineapple or chocolate cake and have fun!
