|5 cloves garlic, minced|
|2 shallots, minced|
|1/2 cup red wine vinegar|
|1 cup olive oil|
|1 cup chopped flat leaf parsley|
|1/4 cup chopped basil|
|1 tablespoon chopped oregano|
|1 tablespoon salt|
|1 teaspoon black pepper|
|1 teaspoon red pepper flakes|
- Combine all ingredients together. Let sit at room temperature until ready to serve. Great topped on grilled steaks, pork or vegables. Use as a bread dipper!
- Replace the pepper flakes with minced jalapeiio, and the oregano with cilantro for a little twist!
