Seasoned Grilled Pork Chops

|4 Festival Seasoned Pork Chops|
|2 tablespoons butter, divided|
|Salt, to taste|
|Pepper, to taste|
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub olive oil on both sides of pork chops.
- Grill pork chops on each side for about 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Transfer to platter; top each with a half a tablespoon butter, cover with foil, and let rest 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
