Cowboy Baked Beans

Serves 10 - 12


1 lb ground beef
1 cup diced onion
1 cup green pepper
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 can Black beans, (15.25 oz.)drained
1 can white beans, (15.25 oz.)drained
1 can kidney beans, (15.25 oz.)drained
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
1 can chili beans, (15.25 oz.)undrained
1 can Home style Baked Beans, (28 oz.)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Preheat large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown together ground beef, onion, green pepper, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into prepared baking dish. Cover and bake 1 hour.
