Ingredients:
1 lb Our Own hot or mild Italian sausage
1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, (14.5 oz.)
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cups water
3 cubes chicken bouillon, or 1 tablespoon granulated
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 cup shell macaroni
Shredded mozzarella cheese, for topping
Directions:
Brown sausage, green pepper and onion. In a soup pot, mix all the other ingredients except macaroni and cheese. Add the sausage, green pepper and onion. Simmer 20 minutes, then add macaroni and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes before you serve.
