Mixed Green Salad with Feta and Blueberries

A healthy and yummy spring themed salad.
|1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar|
|3 tablespoons olive oil|
|1 teaspoon honey|
|1 bag baby salad greens, 5 oz.|
|1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese|
|1 1/2 pints blueberries|
|1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted|
|Salt, to taste|
|Pepper, to taste|
- Whisk red wine vinegar, oil and honey in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Combine baby salad greens, feta cheese and blueberries in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing, toss to coat.
- Sprinkle pine nuts over salad and serve.
