Chicken Tacos with Chipotle Chiles and Vinegar Slaw

An upgrade to the traditional chicken taco.
|2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken breast|
|1 tablespoon chipotle chiles in adobo sauce|
|3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro|
|1/2 teaspoon minced garlic|
|2 tablespoons sour cream|
|2 tablespoons fresh lime juice|
|1/4 teaspoons sea salt|
|1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper|
|1 cup packaged slaw mix|
|2 radishes, thinly sliced|
|1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar|
|8 taco shells|
|1/2 cup prepared salsa verde|
- Place chicken, chiles, 2 tablespoons of the cilantro, garlic, sour cream, lime juice, salt and black pepper in a bowl; gently stir to combine.
- Place slaw mix, radishes, remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro and vinegar in a separate bowl; stir to combine.
- Evenly divide chicken and slaw amongst taco shells and serve with salsa.
