Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche

Serves 8

A simple dish that's extra flavorful and creamy.


15 oz pie crust, (ready-to-use)
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, (grated)
10 oz. broccoli, (chopped)
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Prepare pie crust as directed on package for unfilled 1-crust pie using 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly onto bottom of crust. Top with broccoli and remaining cheese.
  3. Beat eggs, half-and-half and pepper with wire whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in crust.
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
