Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Healthy, easy and great for side dishes.
| Ground black pepper, (to taste) |
|1 lb Brussels sprouts |
| Salt, (to taste) |
|1 tablespoons olive oil |
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Trim bottoms off of Brussels sprouts and cut in half.
- Pour olive oil into a roasting pan. Coat Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper.
- Place in oven and roast for 35-40 minutes. Open oven and stir Brussels sprouts occasionally.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
