Cheesy Shrimp Fondue

Serves 6


1 lb cooked tail-off shrimp, large dice
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Rothschild Toasted Horseradish Dip
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped chives


  1. Mix all ingredients and place in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Heat on medium heat and stir constantly until melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes. Transfer to fondue pot or warming dish on low heat to keep warm. Serve with crackers and chunks of bread or crostini.
