Seasoned Grilled Pork Chops

Serves 4


Olive oil
4 Festival Seasoned Pork Chops
2 tablespoons butter, divided
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub olive oil on both sides of pork chops.
  2. Grill pork chops on each side for about 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Transfer to platter; top each with a half a tablespoon butter, cover with foil, and let rest 5 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
