Mexican Chicken Burgers

Serves 3


1 lb ground chicken breast
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 tablespoons olive oil
3 Hamburger Buns, lightly toasted
1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
3 slices Pepperjack cheese
1 Avocado, cleaned and sliced
3 green onions, trimmed and sliced in half
1 large tomato, sliced
Fiesta Top the Tater Dip, Taco Gringo Sauce or Sour Cream, for garnish


  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, dry spices and egg and mix to thoroughly combine. Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions and form into patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook burgers until cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of minimum of 165 degrees F.
  3. Serve with desired accompaniments.
