T-Bone Steaks topped with Blue Cheese-Bacon Butter

Serves 4


1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup Blue Cheese
3 oz real bacon bits
2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely minced
2 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced or pressed
Montreal Steak Seasoning
4 T-Bone Steaks, cut half-inch thick
Olive Oil
Sea salt
Fresh cracker pepper


  1. For the butter: Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Shape butter into a log shape on some plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. Slice off half-inch rounds and place on top of grilled steaks.
  2. For the Steaks: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub both sides of steaks to cover with olive oil and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Grill on both sides until cooked to desired doneness, about 4 minutes on each side for medium. Top with Blue Cheese Butter rounds.
