Cranberry Maple Glazed Ham

Serves 6

14 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 whole smoked bone-in ham, fully cooked

  1. Combine all ham glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly, about 10 minutes. Add more water as needed to thin glaze to desired consistency. Glaze can be made up to 1 week ahead.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ham in lightly greased roasting pan, cover and bake for 10 to 12 minutes per pound or until nearly heated through.
  3. Raise oven temperature to 425 degrees F. Spoon ham glaze over ham and baste every 15 minutes for the last 30 minutes of roasting time.
