Ham & Pineapple Kabobs


1/2 lb Sliced Deli Ham
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Pineapple Chunks, can also used canned
1 Sweet Bell Pepper, any color, cut into pieces
Barbecue Sauce


  1. Slice deli ham in half. Fold one piece into a square and place on the skewer. Then add a piece of pineapple and piece of pepper. Alternate until 4 skewers are full.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Place the kabobs on the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Brush one side with BBQ sauce and flip so the sauce side is down. Heat for about 2 minutes. While that side is cooking, brush the opposite side with BBQ sauce. Flip again so the other side with BBQ sauce is facing down. Heat for about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
