Deliciously simple and perfectly cheesy.
|1 1/2 cups flour |
|1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
|1/2 teaspoon salt |
|3/4 cup non-alcoholic beer |
|3/4 cup tomato pasta sauce |
|1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
| Chopped fresh basil leaves, for garnish |
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Add beer and stir until flour is just moistened. Spread pizza dough in a baking dish, top dough with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Top with basil. Cut into squares and enjoy!
