Slow Cooker Beef with Rice
Prepare before work and enjoy for dinner!
|2 lb boneless round steak, cut into cubes |
|1 can cream of mushroom soup, 12 oz. |
|1 can sliced mushrooms, 4 oz. |
|1/2 cup red wine |
|1 envelope onion soup mix |
| Cooked rice, for serving |
- Combine round steak, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, red wine and onion soup mix in a slow cooker. Stir ingredients together.
- Cover and cook on low for 8, or until beef is tender and fully cooked.
- Spoon beef and mushrooms onto serving plates and serve with prepared rice.
