Navel Orange Salad

Serves 6

A sweet and healhty salad for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

1 head lettuce, washed and chopped
2 navel oranges, peeled and segmented
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Prepared vinaigrette dressing

Directions:

  1. Combine chopped lettuce, orange segments and green onions in a large bowl. Pour vinaigrette dressing over top and toss to mix together.
  2. Sprinkle sliced almonds over salad and serve.
