T-Bone Steaks topped with Blue Cheese-Bacon Butter

|1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature|
|1/2 cup Blue Cheese|
|3 oz real bacon bits|
|2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely minced|
|2 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced or pressed|
|Montreal Steak Seasoning|
|4 T-Bone Steaks, cut half-inch thick|
|Fresh cracker pepper|
- For the butter: Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Shape butter into a log shape on some plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. Slice off half-inch rounds and place on top of grilled steaks.
- For the Steaks: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub both sides of steaks to cover with olive oil and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Grill on both sides until cooked to desired doneness, about 4 minutes on each side for medium. Top with Blue Cheese Butter rounds.
