PBB (Peanut Butter Burger)

|1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef|
|6 slices Pepper Jack Cheese|
|6 tablespoons Chunky Peanut Butter|
|Sliced Burger Pickles|
|6 Thick-cut slices of Bacon - cooked|
|3 Hamburger Buns|
|Fresh Ground Pepper|
- Season ground sirloin with seasoned salt and fresh ground pepper, grill on medium high heat until cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
- Top with two slices of pepper jack cheese on each burger, the last minute of grilling time. Let burgers rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Grill buns or Ciabatta Bread, spread with Mayonnaise. Place slices of pickle on bun, top with cooked patty. Top with a slice of cooked bacon and 2 tablespoons of Chunky Peanut Butter
