Strawberry Martini

Serves 4


Ingredients:

2 oz Strawberry Vodka
2 oz White Crème de Cacao
1 Cup Fresh Strawberries, chopped
1 Cup Ice
2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
Melted Chocolate, for dipping the glass rim
Fresh Strawberries, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl. Dip glass in the chocolate, allow the chocolate to drip down the side slightly, and then place in the freezer to harden.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into the prepared glasses and garnish with a strawberry.
