Brisket Rub

Ingredients:

1/2 cup kosher salt
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt
cumin, to taste
chili powder, to taste

Directions:

  1. For 10lb brisket. Mix spices together and rub around outside of brisket.
  2. * Brisket must be cooked to 180 degrees internal temperature.
  3. * Brisket can be basted with equal parts apple cider vinegar and water
