Core and slice the apples into quarters or 6 large chunks per apple. Core and slice the pear into 8 large chunks. Slice the orange into thin slices.
Add the apples, pear, orange, and cranberries to the bowl of a slow cooker. Add the water. Top with the sugar, mulling spices, and cinnamon sticks. Gently stir to incorporate the sugar and mulling spices.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Once done, place a strainer over a heat safe bowl. Pour the apple cider into the strainer to remove the fruit and mulling spices. Discard the fruit and mulling spices.
Return the apple cider liquid to the slow cooker and use the “warm” setting.
Serve warm. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and/or ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
