Ingredients:
| 5 Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 2 lbs Thick-Cut New York Strip Steak |
| 8 Tbsp Unsalted Butter |
| Salt |
| Black Pepper |
| Fresh Chopped Parsley, for garnish |
Directions:
- Mince the garlic, chop the parsley, and cut the steak into 1-inch pieces. Set all aside.
- Melt 1 stick of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak on each side, flipping halfway, about 7-8 minutes total.
- Add the garlic and stir to combine and continue to cook until fragrant.
- Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
