Ingredients:
| 3 lbs Top Sirloin |
| 1 Packet Au Jus Gravy Mix |
| 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix |
| 4 Tbsp Butter, thinly sliced |
| 1 1/4 Cups Beef Broth |
| Fresh Chopped Parsley, for garnish |
Directions:
- Slice the steak into 1-inch cubes and place in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the au jus mix and onion mix over the top.
- Add the thinly sliced butter.
- Pour the beef broth over the steak.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. The steak should be tender and cooked through, but not overdone.
- Spoon into bowls and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
- Leftovers should be cooled completely and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
