Ingredients:

1 oz White Rum
2 oz Melon Liqueur
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Sprite
Splash of Granadine
Ice
Plastic Eyeball, for decorating

Directions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice.
  2. Shake vigorously then strain into a martini glass. Top with Sprite until the glass is almost full.
  3. Carefully drizzle a little grenadine in the center of the glass. It will sink to the bottom, creating a layered effect.
  4. Add a plastic eyeball as a decoration.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
