Ingredients:
| 4 Burrata Balls |
| Piece of Carrot |
| 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes |
| Olive Oil |
| Salt |
| Mozzarella Pearls |
| Basil |
| Balsamic Glaze |
| Sliced Baguette, for serving |
Directions:
- Drain the burrata and carefully place on a platter, creating snowman shapes.
- Slice 2 carrot noses and place on the top 2 pieces of burrata.
- Slice the tomatoes in half and arrange around the burrata. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
- Arrange a few mozzarella pearls among the sliced tomatoes.
- Create a scarf on each snowman using basil. Chop the rest of the basil and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
- Use the balsamic glaze to carefully create eyes and buttons on the burrata.
- Serve with sliced baguette. Enjoy!
