Homestyle Sour Cream & Onion Potatoes





Ingredients:
| 2 lb Bag or Diced Frozen Hash Browns (not shredded) |
| 15 oz Jar French Onion Chip Dip |
| 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1 Tsp Onion Powder |
| 3-4 Handfuls Ruffles Sour Cream and Onion Chips, crumbled |
| 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add the frozen hash browns, chip dip, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and ½ of the cheese to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Pour into the baking dish and spread in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled chips over the top.
- Melt the butter and drizzle evenly over the top of the chips.
- Bake for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
