Ingredients:
| 2 1/2 - 3 lbs Boneless Chuck Roast |
| 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce |
| 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar, packed |
| 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic |
| 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced |
| 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil |
| 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar |
| 1 Tsp Onion Powder |
| Sliced Green Onions, for garnish |
| Sesame Seeds, for garnish |
Directions:
- Place the chuck roast in the bowl of a slow cooker.
- Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, and onion powder in a small bowl. Pour over the chuck roast.
- Rotate the meat a few times until both sides are coated in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.
- When done, it should fall apart as you remove it from the slow cooker. Serve over a bed of rice and garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Spoon over some of the sauce mixture (optional). Enjoy!
