Korean Beef Bulgogi





Serves 4
Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
2 lb beef tenderloin, sirloin or skirt steak, sliced+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 cup soy sauce+ Add to Shopping List |
1/3 cup sugar+ Add to Shopping List |
3 tablespoons sake, rice wine or sherry+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons sesame oil+ Add to Shopping List |
8 cloves garlic, minced+ Add to Shopping List |
4 scallions, minced+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds+ Add to Shopping List |
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
- Combine all ingredients & marinate beef for 30 minutes. While it's marinating prepare the Dipping Sauce listed below.
- Remove beef & grill or pan fry about 5 minutes. Serve with cooked rice & sauce.

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated+ Add to Shopping List |
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika+ Add to Shopping List |
1/8 teaspoon sugar+ Add to Shopping List |
- Combine all ingredients.
