Ciabatta Open-faced Pizza





Serves 6
Ingredients:
| 1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut in half lengthwise |
| 1 jar Classic Green Mill pizza sauce |
| 8 oz Belgioioso provolone |
| 8 oz fontina cheese |
| 1 leek, cleaned well and chopped |
| 1 package cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 1 tube deli salami |
| 1 tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 package fresh basil, chopped |
Directions:
- Sprinkle each cut bread side with half of both cheeses, place on baking sheet and bake at 425' until cheese melts. Remove from oven.
- In saute pan, briefly saute leeks in olive oil, add tomatoes and warm, adding salt and pepper. Sprinkle vegetables on pizza, add more cheese and top with cut salami.
- Bake at 425 degrees F until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
