Ravioli Lasagna
Serves 6 - 8

Ingredients:
| 1 lb ground Festival Foods Signature freshly ground mild or hot Italian Sausage |
| 1 jar pasta sauce, (24 - 28 oz.) |
| 1 package frozen cheese ravioli, (25 oz.) |
| 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, (8 oz.) |
| 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese |
Directions:
- In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned and crispy, about 10 minutes. In a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish, layer a third of the spaghetti sauce, half of the ravioli and sausage and 1/2 cup cheese; repeat layers. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Optional: add 2 Cups fresh spinach to layers if you would like to add a veggie to the dish. Layer with pepperoni slices for another zesty option!
- Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 40 - 45 minutes or until heated through. Remove cover and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese; bake 10 minutes more.
