Ingredients:
| 4 fully cooked or smoked brats |
| 4 slices smoked bacon |
| BBQ Sauce |
| 8 butter-toasted brat buns |
| Coleslaw, for topping, if desired |
| Mustard, for topping, if desired |
| Relish, for topping, if desired |
Directions:
- Wrap each brat with bacon slices, securing with toothpick at each end. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill brats until heated through, and bacon is crispy, turning every couple minutes to prevent flare-ups.
- Brush each brat evenly with your favorite BBQ sauce the last couple minutes of cooking time or until caramelized and slightly charred on the outside. Transfer to platter. Remove tooth picks and serve in butter-toasted brat buns topped with coleslaw, mustard and relish if desired.
