Omelette with Asiago Fresco Dop

Ingredients:

2 large Eggs
1/2 cup Asiago Fresco Dop, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 tablespoon fresh Herbs, (located in Deli Department)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Fresh ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Whisk the eggs well in a bowl.
  2. Season the Asiago Fresco Dop cubes with salt and pepper. Add them to the eggs.
  3. Gently heat a drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a frying pan and sauté the herbs. Add the eggs and cheese and cook.
