Seasoned Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
2 Large Baking Potatoes, or 4 smaller potatoes+ Add to Shopping List
1 Tsp Paprika+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder+ Add to Shopping List
1 Tbsp Olive Oil+ Add to Shopping List
Salt and Pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List
Cooking Spray+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Wash the potatoes but don’t peel them.
  3. Slice in half lengthwise, then slice each half into 4 smaller wedges. You should have 8 wedges per potato.
  4. Add the wedges to a large Ziploc bag.
  5. Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, salt and pepper to the Ziploc bag. Shake to coat the potatoes.
  6. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
