Slice the onion. You want one round slice to use on top of the foot to resemble a severed bone. Cut smaller pieces of the onion to resemble toenails.
Put a drop of ketchup on each top and place the onion on top.
Place a small amount of ketchup on top of the foot and add the onion round. Top with a small amount of ketchup and spread it around with your fingers to look like blood.
