Reuben Dip

1 lb Thick Cut Corned Beef, diced
6 oz Swiss Cheese, shredded
14 oz Can Sauerkraut, drained
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, mayo, dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is starting to brown,
  4. Top with chopped chives. Serve warm with crackers or fresh baguette to dip.
