Ingredients:
Angel Food or Pound Cake, store-bought works well
1/2 lb Strawberries, sliced
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
Blue Food Coloring
Directions:
Add the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and a few drops of blue food coloring to a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat the cream on high until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes. Add additional food coloring to adjust the shade of blue as needed.
Wash, dry, and slice the strawberries. Slice the angel food cake or pound cake into bite-sized pieces.
Layer the dessert; place a few pieces of cake on the bottom, add a few sliced strawberries, and stop with a heaping scoop of the blue whipped cream.
