Slow Cooker Pulled BBQ Chicken





Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts+ Add to Shopping List |
14 oz BBQ Sauce, any brand+ Add to Shopping List |
3/4 Cup Italian Dressing+ Add to Shopping List |
Heaping 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce+ Add to Shopping List |
Hamburger Buns, for serving+ Add to Shopping List |
Coleslaw or Sliced Onion, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Sliced Cheddar Cheese, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Add the chicken to the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the BBQ sauce evenly over the top to entirely coat the chicken.
- Add the Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top.
- Close the lid and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Remove the chicken and use forks to shred. Place back into the slow cooker and stir to coat.
- Serve warm on a hamburger bun with a slice of cheese and top with coleslaw or sliced onion. Enjoy!
