Slow Cooker Pulled BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts+ Add to Shopping List
14 oz BBQ Sauce, any brand+ Add to Shopping List
3/4 Cup Italian Dressing+ Add to Shopping List
Heaping 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed+ Add to Shopping List
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce+ Add to Shopping List
Hamburger Buns, for serving+ Add to Shopping List
Coleslaw or Sliced Onion, for topping+ Add to Shopping List
Sliced Cheddar Cheese, for topping+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. Add the chicken to the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the BBQ sauce evenly over the top to entirely coat the chicken.
  2. Add the Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top.
  3. Close the lid and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  4. Remove the chicken and use forks to shred. Place back into the slow cooker and stir to coat.
  5. Serve warm on a hamburger bun with a slice of cheese and top with coleslaw or sliced onion. Enjoy!
