Ingredients:
| 28 oz Can Baked Beans |
| 8 Slices Bacon, uncooked and chopped |
| 1/2 Yellow Onion, diced |
| 1/4 Cup Ketchup |
| 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar |
| 2 1/2 Tbsp Molasses |
| 2 1/2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard |
| 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard |
| 1 Bell Pepper, any color, seeded and diced |
| 1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced |
Directions:
- Chop the bacon and layer on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Chop the onion and layer on top of the bacon.
- In a mixing bowl, add the baked beans (undrained), ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Mix well. Pour into the slow cooker, making sure to fully cover the bacon and onion.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Stir halfway through to mix the bacon and onion with the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve warm.
