Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Tofu





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 2 Cups Strawberries, frozen or fresh |
| 1 Cup Blueberries, frozen or fresh |
| 2 Bananas |
| 1/2 Block of Tofu (approx 7 oz), silken, soft, medium or regular firmness |
| 1 1/2 - 2 Cups Soy Milk |
Directions:
- Add the strawberries, blueberries, bananas, tofu, and soy milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add additional soy milk as needed to thin out the smoothies.
- Pour into 4 glasses and enjoy!
