Ingredients:
| 2 lbs Chicken Wings |
| 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning |
| 2 Tsp Baking Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme |
| 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano |
| 5 Tbsp Unsalted Butter |
| 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce |
| 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice |
Directions:
- Add 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning, baking powder, dried thyme, and dried oregano to a Ziploc bag. Shake to combine.
- Add the chicken wings. Seal the bag and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours but up to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chicken wings on the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.

- Heat over medium heat until boiling then reduce the heat to low and keep warm until the chicken wings are done baking.
- Remove the chicken wings from the oven and place in a mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the top and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately while still hot. Enjoy!
