Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet.
Top each flatbread with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, spread evenly over the top.
Divide the bacon and tomatoes evenly between each flatbread.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the flatbread is heated through.
Remove from the oven and top each flatbread with 1 cup of shredded lettuce.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary. Drizzle over the top of each flatbread.
Slice and serve immediately. Serve the extra dressing on the side. Enjoy!
